Description
The well house, located approximately 15 meters northeast of Trecarrell Manor, dates from the mid-16th century. It features granite jambs topped with a large piece of early 16th-century window moulding. This fragment of window moulding is one of several architectural remnants at Trecarrell, which have remained unused since the building works at Trecarrell Manor were abandoned around 1511. The well house is included for its group value with the manor.
