Description

The estate office, located in the estate yard to the east of Werrington Park, is a building that was converted from a laundry and likely has origins dating back to the 18th century. It is constructed of painted stone rubble and features a slate roof with a hipped end on the left and a gable end on the right. The building has a single depth plan that has been altered in the 19th and 20th centuries, including a staircase on the right that leads up to the estate office on the first floor.

The exterior is two storeys high and has a regular three-window front, showcasing 18th-century 12-pane sash windows with dressed stone flat arches. To the left, there is a tall 18th-century sash window, while the centre and right sections feature two tall plank doors with glazed panels above. On the first floor, there are three 12-pane sashes. The interior includes late 19th-century and 20th-century carpentry and joinery details on the first floor, although the ground floor has not been inspected.
