Description

The coachhouse, located approximately 10 metres north-east of Parkhenver, is a Grade II listed building dating from the mid-19th century and has been altered. It is constructed from killas rubble with granite dressings and features a scantle slate roof. The building has an H-plan layout and is single storey with a symmetrical design. The central section, which is set back, includes a central doorway with a board door and a 4-pane overlight, flanked by two 12-pane sashed windows. The gabled wings each have garage doors. An octagonal lantern is positioned on the centre of the roof, topped with a weathervane. This coachhouse is included in the listing for its group value with Parkhenver.
