Town house, now shop. c1808. Rendered front, roof hidden behind dressed stone and stucco parapet, brick end stack on the right. Double-depth plan altered to create shop. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Round-arched doorway, on the right, with moulded imposts and projecting keyblock, panelled door and plain fanlight; C20 shop front. Original 12-pane hornless sashes to first floor, C20 window to 2nd floor, all under shallow segmental arches. Parapet cornice is rendered over. INTERIOR of shop modernised, otherwise not inspected.
