Description

This house, located 140 metres southeast of Treween Farmhouse, is likely from the early 19th century and was extended in the 20th century. It is constructed of stone rubble, which is rendered and painted, and features slate hanging with painted rag slates above the ground floor. The roof is made of rag slate and has gable ends, with a projecting stone rubble end stack on the right side.

The building has a two-storey design and follows a two-room and cross or through passage plan, with the larger room on the right heated by the end stack. The left side was extended in the 20th century to create a two-room plan range.

The exterior is almost symmetrical, featuring a two-window front with a 20th-century door and porch, flanked by two 19th-century two-light casements. On the first floor, there are two larger two-light casements. The left extension is a two-storey structure made of painted concrete block, with applied timber framing and a rag slate roof.

The interior has not been inspected.
