ALTARNUN TREWEEN SX 28 SW 4/120 House 140 metres to south east of - Treween Farmhouse

GV II

House. Probably early C19 extended in C20. Stone rubble, rendered and painted and slate hung with painted rag slates above ground floor. Rag slate roof with gable ends. Projecting stone rubble end stack on right. Plan: Two room and cross or through passage plan, the larger right hand room heated by an end stack. Extended to left in C20 with two-room plan range. Exterior: Two storeys. Almost symmetrical 2-window front with C20 door and C20 porch flanked by two circa C19 2-light casements. Two larger 2-light casements on first floor. Extended on left with 2-storey C20 range of painted concrete block with applied timber framing and rag slate roof. Interior :Not inspected.
