This is a headstone from 1751, located 2 metres north of the nave of the Church of St Winwalo in Tremaine. It commemorates James Daw of St Stephens parish, who died in 1751. The headstone is made of slate and features a shouldered segmental head, with inscriptions in upper and lower case lettering that include serifs.
