Description

Trewinney Farmhouse and the adjoining barn date from the 18th century. The farmhouse is constructed of stone rubble with slate hung above the ground floor. It is two storeys high and features three windows, which are mostly sashes without glazing bars, and granite dressings on the ground floor windows. The entrance has a wide panelled door and a large cob porch with a slate roof. There is a lower two-storey wing that includes one casement window with glazing bars. The farmhouse has a steep slate roof. The adjoining barn, located to the northeast, is also made of stone rubble and has a cement-washed slate hipped roof.
