Description
Tregassick Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed with rendered probable rubble and features a dry Delabole slate roof. It has brick end stacks and a central axial stack, with a double-depth plan that includes a shallow outshut. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical five-window front. The central doorway is located on the right, while the left side has a two-window range, with a wider window centrally positioned on the ground floor. The windows are late 19th-century horned sashes with glazing bars, except for the original hornless sash located on the first floor, third from the left. The original four-panel door is set within an old simple flat-roofed porch. Although the interior has not been inspected, the farmhouse is noted as an externally complete example of its type and is part of a group that includes a milestone and guide post. The farmhouse was previously listed under the name Tregiskey Farmhouse, but that entry was removed from the list on 3 October 2018.
