Description

Lawn House is an 18th-century building located on the west side of Church Street in Mevagissey. It is constructed of uncoursed rubble with ashlar dressings and has two storeys featuring three windows. The façade has a slight projection for the three windows, topped with a large low pediment that includes a lunette in the center. There is an eaves cornice, and a slate-hung course runs between the ground and first-floor windows, with the pediment also being slate hung. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and the roof is a slate hipped design.
