Description
This is a mid-19th century barn situated to the north-west of Eales Farmhouse. It is a typical small Cornish barn constructed of rubble with granite quoins. The roof is hipped and covered in scantle slate. The barn has one opening on the first floor and three on the ground floor, each with a segmental head. A rear entry, located at first floor level, retains a hipped shelter. The west gable end is slate hung. The building is included on the list for its group value with other nearby buildings.
