Description
This is a boundary stone, dating from the early 19th century. It is made of undressed round granite moorstone and stands as a monolith. On the west side, there is an incised inscription within a dressed panel that reads "N O" with serifs. These stones were once common and were used to mark the boundaries between mineral rights claims.
