Description

This is a headstone located 8.5 metres south of the south aisle of Egloshayle Church, dating from 1780. It commemorates Richard Geach, who died in 1780, along with his wife Elizabeth, who died in 1785, and their grandson Richard, who died in 1786. The headstone is made of large slate and features inscriptions in both upper and lower case lettering with serifs. It is signed by the sculptor J. Arthur.
