Description

Hen-a-Noweth is an 18th-century house located on Fore Street, Marazion. It is likely built with rubble rear walls and cob to the first floor, rendered on its front. The roof is covered with asbestos slates, sloping lower at the rear, and features a brick chimney on the right-hand gable end. The house has a double-depth plan, with two rooms at the front, separated by a cross passage, and smaller service rooms behind. The two-storey south front is symmetrical, with two windows and a central doorway. The doorway has a four-panel door, later glazed to the upper panels. The windows are early 20th-century sash windows. The interior has not been inspected. The building is closely situated alongside and near two other listed buildings.
