Description

This is an 18th-century milestone located at SX 089 591. It is made of granite and stands about 75 centimetres high, featuring a rounded head. The milestone is painted and has crude upper case lettering carved and painted on it, which reads: "ST AUSTEL VIII TRURO XXI." There is also a benchmark at the top.
