This is an 18th-century milestone located at SX 080640 in Lanhydrock. It is made of granite and stands approximately 1.1 meters tall with a rounded head. The milestone is painted and features carved uppercase lettering that reads "2B," indicating the distance to Bodmin, along with a benchmark at the base. It was established under the Turnpike Act for roads leading into Bodmin, which was enacted in 1769.
