This is an 18th-century milestone located at SX 065712 in Helland. It is a granite monolith approximately one metre high, featuring a rounded head. The front of the milestone has upper case lettering with serifs, indicating "B3" for Bodmin. This milestone is associated with the Turnpike Act for roads leading into Bodmin, which was established in 1769.
