Description

This is an early 19th-century terrace of three houses located on the Esplanade in Fowey. The houses are constructed with a stucco facade over a rubble stone base. The design is of two storeys with a total of nine windows. The upper floor windows are 2-light casements, while the ground floor windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The original front doors were panelled and featured rectangular fanlights; however, the door at number 76 has been replaced with a modern glazed door. The roof is covered in cement-washed slate, and the south-west end wall is slate hung.
