Description

This small farmbuilding, used as a shippon, dates from the early to mid 19th century and is located 10 metres to the northeast of Trevadlock Farmhouse. It is constructed of stone rubble with dressed quoins and features a rag slate roof with hipped ends. The building has a rectangular plan, likely with shippons on the ground floor and a small loft above. It is one storey with a loft and has a symmetrical front elevation facing the road. The ground floor openings have dressed stone flat arches, with a central wide opening, probably for unloading feed, flanked by two narrower openings that have shippon doors. There is also a small lean-to outshut on the left-hand end.
