This building is likely a cartshed with a granary above, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stone rubble and cob, with repairs made using concrete blocks. The roof is covered with rag slate and features hipped ends. The structure has two storeys, with the front facing the road. There is a small window on the ground floor and a 19th-century plank door on the first floor. The left side has 20th-century plank garage double doors, while the right side has been partly rebuilt with concrete blocks. The interior has not been inspected. This building is part of a group that includes Tamsquite House and Tamsquite Cottage.
