Description
The guide stone at the junction of Pendeen and Trewellard Roads dates from around 1835. It is made of painted granite and stands about 3 feet high. The stone is carved on two sides, featuring pointing hands and the distances to various locations: "Trewellard 1 mile. St Just 3 miles" on one side, and "Pendeen Cove 2 miles. Morvah 2 miles" on the other.
