Description
Crows, or covered chambers, at Chun Farm are likely from the 18th century. They feature granite rubble fronts and consist of two round chambers that have been excavated from the hillside, each with domed ceilings made of clay subsoil. The small doorways facing north are constructed from granite moorstone. These crows may have been used for cool food storage, or they could have served as goose houses or piggeries. Their design is similar to the ancient fogous found in the area.
