Description
No. 41 is a small town house built around 1810, featuring a front made of local freestone ashlar, a slate roof, and a brick stack on the right side. The house has a double-depth plan and is two storeys tall with a two-window range at the front. The round-arched doorway is located on the left and includes a six-panel door with a spoked fanlight above it. The original 16-pane hornless sash windows are set under cambered arches with projecting key blocks. Although the interior has not been inspected, it is likely to be of interest. Additionally, the property has original closely-spaced wrought-iron railings that sit on a stuccoed forecourt plinth, topped with urn finials over stanchions.
