Description

This is a town house, dating to around 1810, and now used as an office. It is constructed of local freestone ashlar to the front, with a roof of Delabole slate and a brick end stack on the right-hand side. The house follows a double-depth plan, featuring a central entrance hall and two front reception rooms. The two-storey, symmetrical front has three windows. The central doorway is elliptically arched, with pilasters and a cornice hood, containing a six-panel door and a blind fanlight above. The windows are 20th-century horned sash windows with glazing bars, set beneath cambered arches with projecting key blocks. The interior has not been inspected, but is likely to be of interest.
