House Attached To Right Of Martins Cottage

This is a mid-19th century house located to the right of Martins Cottage in St Dominick, Bohetherick. The building has undergone few alterations, with a 20th-century addition to the front right. It is constructed from slatestone rubble, with the front being slate-hung. The slate roof features ridge tiles and gable ends, with a gable end stack on the right made of rubble.

The house has a one-room plan, heated by the gable end stack on the right. There is a 20th-century porch addition at the front, which connects the house to a small 20th-century addition on the front right made of corrugated iron. The exterior is two storeys high and has one window, with a 16-pane sash window from the 19th century on both the ground and first floors. To the right, there is a half-glazed door located in the 20th-century porch. The rear and interior of the house have not been inspected.
