ST DOMINICK BOHETHERICK SX 46 NW 4/222 House attached to right of Martins Cottage GV II House. Mid C19 with few later alterations; C20 addition to front right. Slatestone rubble; front slate-hung. Slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends; gable end stack to right with rubble staft. Plan: One-room plan, heated from the gable end stack to right; front C20 porch addition, connecting the house to a small C20 addition to front right. Exterior: 2 storeys and one window, the front slate-hung. C19 16-pane sash at ground and first floor; half-glazed door to right in C20 porch; this forms a connecting range to a single storey C20 addition in corrugated iron. Rear and interior not inspected.
