7/280 Monument at approximately 10 metres - north of Church of Saint Sithney

GV II

Monument over grave. Circa early C19, by Scott of Penzance. Granite plinth and slate base to limestone urn on pedestal. Square-on-plan plinth with round-on-plan urn and pedestal. The monument is stepped: the lower step is plain squared granite and the second step is a slate slab over slate sides; the urn has a moulded pedestal and the urn itself has a moulded bowl and moulded lid, both with acanthus detail.
