Description

The obelisk monument, located north of the east end of the Church of Saint Sithney, dates from the late 18th century. It is made of dressed granite and features incised marble inserts on each side of a square plinth. The plinth has recessed square inserts on each side, which are mostly indecipherable or only partly decipherable. It is topped with a square-edged projecting cap and supports a tall, tapered obelisk that has chamfered corners and a pyramidal head.
