Description

This is an early 19th century terrace of four properties. The exterior is built of rubble stone with dressed quoins. The terrace has two storeys and eight windows in total. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, although some have been replaced with casements. Red brick dressings are visible on the windows, though some have been replaced. Modern glazed doors are present, alongside two large glazed porches and a single-storey roughcast addition at one end. The roof is slate and hipped. The properties are listed for their group value alongside numbers 1 to 3 River Terrace and numbers 23, 25, and 33 Tregony Hill, plus the outbuilding in front of and immediately east of number 7.
