Description

Rosevale is an early 19th century house located on Alexandra Road in Penzance. The building is finished in stucco and features a slate hipped roof with wide eaves. A central semi-circular projection occupies one-third of the facade, and the house is supported by plain corner pilasters. It stands two storeys tall and has three sash windows, each with glazing bars.
