Description

This milestone, dating from the early 19th century, is made of granite and has a round-headed shape. It is rectangular in plan but is built flush into a hedge made of battered slatestone rubble, which consists of vertically set stones. The south-facing side features an inscription that reads "FROM TRURO 5 MILES."
