Description

This is a small house built around the 1840s as part of a row. The ground floor is rendered stone, while the upper floor is slate hung on a timber frame. It has a slate roof with a brick end stack. The house has a double-depth plan with a front room, an entrance hall to the right, and a passage at the far right. It is two storeys high and has a two-window facade. There are timber lintels above two 20th-century doors on the right side. The original windows are 12-pane hornless sash windows. The interior has not been inspected. The group value stems from its contribution to the character of the street.
