Description

Kingsleigh House is an early to mid-19th century building located on Culver Road. It is two and a half storeys high and has a slate-hung and pointed facade with a parapet. The roof is slate-covered, with large, modern attic dormers. The front features three windows with small pane glazing bar sashes. A central glazed porch, adorned with a dentil cornice, is positioned centrally, with windows on either side of the door. A one-window lean-to is attached to the left-hand side. The building is screened by a crenellated wall that incorporates an old granite archway. A VR letterbox is set into the masonry by the front porch.
