Description
This is a two-storey building, originally an outhouse, dating to the early 19th century. The front is faced with cement over a rubble base and has a slate roof. The windows are staggered, with two at No. 43 and two at No. 41, featuring vernaculated keys and sash windows. No. 43 has glazing bars. An 18th-century shop front is present at No. 41. No. 43 features a granite doorway of possible 16th-century origin, with a segmental head and continuous mouldings, which may have been reset. The building holds group value from the period.
