Gun battery. C17. Granite ashlar and granite rubble walls with embattled parapets. Plan: rectangular-on-plan platform with walls to 3 sides, 3 chamfered embrasures to south wall and 4 similar embrasures to the north wall. Fitted with 7 cannons, each cannon standing on granite flagged floor with cobbles between each standing.
