Description

This is a medieval cross located near the southeast corner of St Michael's Mount in Marazion. It is a tall granite monolith with a wheelhead design, rectangular in shape, featuring carved details on both the north and south faces. The north face displays a Latin cross in relief. On the south face, there is a Latin cross in relief on the lower part of the shaft, along with a carved figure set in a round recessed panel above it. The wheelhead includes a larger figure in relief, depicting only the head, arms, and trunk of the body.
