Farmhouse. C17. Slatestone rubble walls, asbestos slate roof with brick chimneys over gable ends and truncated external stone lateral stack to rear. L-shaped plan of 3 rooms plus parlour wing to front. 2 storeys. 3 window south front. C20 transomed 3 light, wide hall window slightly right of centre. Doorway with C20 glazed door left and door to right within lean to stone porch in angle. First floor windows are irregularly spaced and proportioned 6 pane sashes. C20 window to ground floor of west wall of wing is in narrowed opening. 6 paned sash over also in narrowed opening. Original windows probably had wooden mullions. Rear and east wall of wing have irregularly spaced openings, 2 with 12 pane, 2-light casements and others with sashes. Interior not inspected but beam probably C17 with complex moulding in west room.
