Description
Cot Manor is an early 18th-century house constructed from colour-washed granite rubble. It features a steep slurried slate roof with gable ends that have granite coping. The building has four granite chimney stacks with plain caps and stands two storeys high. There are four widely spaced windows, with small gabled heads above the eaves on the first floor, featuring semi-circular headed sashes with gothic glazing bars. The ground floor includes sashes with glazing bars, along with an off-centre glazed door and a French window.
