Cot Mill is an early 19th-century mill that has been converted into flats. It is constructed from granite rubble and features a slurried slate half-hipped roof. The building stands three storeys high and has modern casement windows. There is a small gable with a loft door, and steps lead up to a first-floor doorway that is sheltered by a modern enclosed porch.
