Description

29A Higher Market Street is a town house dating from the 18th century, built on a site that dates back to the 17th century. The building is constructed of painted rubble with timber lintels and features a steep dry slate roof. It has a single-depth plan and stands two storeys high, with a two-window range. The first-floor windows are positioned above the door and to the right. The ground floor has 20th-century horned copy sashes with glazing bars, including a wider tripartite sash on the right. There is also a 20th-century glazed door located slightly left of centre. The interior has not been inspected.
