Description

Sunnyside is a small house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It features a stuccoed front and a hipped roof made of grouted scantle slate, with brick chimneys positioned over the side walls. The house has a double depth plan, consisting of two equal-sized rooms at the front, with a central entrance hall in between, leading to stairs and service rooms at the rear. The exterior is two storeys high and has a symmetrical front with two windows and a central doorway. The openings are shallow arched, and the house retains its original six-panel door and twelve-pane hornless sash windows. At the rear, there are original twelve-pane horizontal-sliding sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
