Description
Deer-stile, located about 350 meters south of Erisey Manor House, is a Grade II listed structure dating from the 18th century. It features a rubble stone wall that forms a 4-foot high outer semi-circular wall around a central core, creating a curved passage with a ditch. Suspended over this passage is an animal grid made from seven stone steps radiating out from the center. Approximately 4 meters to the southwest, there is a clapper bridge that crosses a small stream, known as Tusslers Bridge.
