Description

The Pearce monument is a chest tomb located in the churchyard about 15 metres southwest of the tower of the Church of St Goran. It dates from the 19th century and is constructed from brick and slate. The tomb has a rectangular brick structure topped with a flat slate lid that features a moulded edge. It commemorates George Pearce, who passed away in 1857.
