Description
The lychgate at the west entrance to the churchyard of the Church of St Goran is a 19th-century structure. It is built from slatestone rubble, featuring granite and slate dressings, and has a plain wrought iron overthrow. On either side of the lychgate, there is a short section of rubble wall, approximately one meter high and one meter long, topped with slate coping. In the center, there is a rubble coffin rest with a slate top. There are granite-paved paths on each side of the coffin rest, which include two stone steps on the outer side.
