Description

The Pearse monument is a headstone located about 2 metres east of the chancel of the Church of St Bartholomew in Warleggan. This 18th-century monument is made of slate and features a nowy head with an incised border. At the top, there is a carved primitive cherub with wings. The headstone commemorates Elenor Pearse, who passed away in 1760.
