Description

The bridge over the River Bedalder, built in the mid-19th century, is constructed from slatestone and granite rubble, featuring 20th-century cast iron railings. It has two round arches with stone dressings and a low triangular cutwater situated between the arches, which is mirrored on both the upstream and downstream sides. Instead of parapet walls, the bridge has a roughly hewn granite kerb accompanied by plain 20th-century cast iron railings. The bridge spans approximately 11 metres and is about 3 metres wide.
