Description
Trerice Bridge is a bridge over the River Fal, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from granite rubble with granite dressings. The bridge features two rounded arches on each side, with granite arch rings. On the upstream side, there is a roughly hewn granite cutwater, while the downstream side has a central rubble buttress. The parapet walls are approximately one metre high, made of rubble and topped with rounded granite coping. The bridge measures about 8 metres in length and about 4 metres in width. Historically, there was a ford at this location over the River Fal.
