Description

The Langdon Monument is a headstone located in the churchyard about one metre south of the tower of the Church of St Bartholomew in Warleggan. This 18th-century monument is made of slate and features a nowy head with an incised border. It is decorated with a script that includes a valedictory quatrain dedicated to Jane Langdon, who was buried on 25th December 1743.
