Former RASC store in grounds of castle. 1904. Killas rubble with granite dressings including quoins, jambstones, lintels, gable copings and moulded kneelers (rear); dry Delabole slate roof with stone lateral stack on the left and axial stack on the right. L-shaped plan plus courtyard wall making an overall rectangle. Single storey; irregular 3-window courtyard front. Original transomed casements with glazing bars including window to return of wing on the left and 5 windows at the rear. Doorway right of centre. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: courtyard wall of similar materials with pyramidal ashlar piers.
