Description
The former Royal Army Service Corps store at Pendennis Castle was built in 1904. It is constructed from Killas rubble with granite dressings, which include quoins, jambstones, lintels, gable copings, and moulded kneelers at the rear. The roof is made of dry Delabole slate and features a stone lateral stack on the left and an axial stack on the right. The building has an L-shaped plan and is accompanied by a courtyard wall, creating an overall rectangular shape. It is a single-storey structure with an irregular three-window front facing the courtyard. The original windows are transomed casements with glazing bars, including a window on the return of the wing to the left and five windows at the rear. There is a doorway located to the right of the centre. The interior has not been inspected. The courtyard wall is made from similar materials and includes pyramidal ashlar piers.
