ST KEVERNE ST KEVERNE SW 72 SE 3/140 Melrose House, Cottage adjoining and Travellers Joy GV II

3 cottages, datestone 'AD 1739 by Dorcas Pym'. Whitewashed rubble stone base with cob upper walls, partly rendered. Asbestos slate roof with gabled end on right and hipped on left. Brick stacks at gable ends. 2 storeys, partly symmetrical. 6- window range. Melrose house, C19 panelled door flanked by 2 large 6-pane sashes with three 16-pane sashes (without horns) above. Centre cottage with panelled door to left, 16-pane sash without horns on ground floor and 2-light horizontal sliding sash above. Travellers Joy has C19 shop front partly blocked with C20 fenestration inserted. Two 4-pane sashes above. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
