Description
The Jago monument is a headstone located in the churchyard, approximately 13 metres northeast of the chancel of the Church of St. Germanus. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of slate. The headstone features a shouldered design with a round top, which includes a small raised carved skull at the apex. It bears verses and an inscription dedicated to Jane Jago, who passed away in 1793.
