Description

Gate piers, gates, and flanking walls are located approximately 60 metres north of The Beeches. These features mark the road entrance to The Beeches and are constructed from granite ashlar for the gate piers, while the walls are stuccoed with dressed granite copings. The entrance is ogee-on-plan, featuring a central gateway flanked by square piers. The gate piers include plinths and square-edged strings beneath pyramidal caps. The walls have stuccoed plinths and cambered copings. The wrought-iron gates are adorned with scrolled details and display the name of the house within a central arched panel on each gate.
